• Offer is applicable from November 01st 2010 to April 30th 2011 (not valid from December 24th 2009 to January 10th, 2010)
  
• Rate applicable per night with a minimum two-night stay clause.
  
• Rates are excluding applicable 12% luxury taxes.
  
• Once the reservation is made the entire payment for the reservation has to be collected upfront for the confirmation of the reservation.
  
• In the event that there is a cancellation or amendment of a confirmed reservation – one nightsz retention is applicable.
  
• Second Child Below the age of 12 Years would be accommodated at 3000 INR Per kid per day.
  
• Extra adult @ Rs. 4000 per    night per bed only in a Lagoon Suite. Not recommended in Pavilion & Conservatory Premiere Room.
  
• Check in 1400 Hrs and Check out 1200 Hrs.
